Important: Refund eligibility is immediately voided by any buyer-induced damage to the asset.

Buyers must notify our customer service team before 5 PM CDT within the 14-calendar-day window following purchase receipt. Our specialists will provide efficient guidance through the return authorization process. Immediate contact is recommended to expedite your return or exchange request.

Vehicles with aftermarket modifications or alterations are not eligible for return under our standard refund policy.

Processing Timeline: BDF Capital initiates refunds immediately upon successful return inspection. While we process transactions promptly, please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing procedures.
